Our Commitment to Integrity

The ownership has changed and with the change in ownership came a new team committed to integrity.  Our values compelled us to clean out almost all sales people and some of the customer service team that was in place.  The new team had a tough task ahead to understand and address each instance where there wasn’t a clear meeting of the minds with our clients and rectify those situations one at a time.  We considered changing the name of the company to draw a line in the sand delineating our new values. We didn’t want to have the past affect the perception of our new prospective clients.  However, we decided to stay with the name taking on the past challenges and creating satisfied customers.  It’s been a long and difficult road to get to this point but today we are proud of our decision.

A Positive New Direction

Online marketing is complex.  Some of our clients are getting familiar with the online space and in that learning curve there is a lot of room for misconceptions.  Our work has become truly rewarding and now we are receiving good customer reviews, referrals and all kinds of testaments that our clients are making more money from our efforts.
